What you'll experience

Most Kravica tours move fast. Pickup, 1 hour at the falls, back on the road. By the time you’ve walked down, swum, dried off, and walked back, you’re already herded toward the next stop.

This tour does the opposite. You get 4 full hours at the falls — swim, picnic, walk the upper trail, photograph at sunset angle, take it as slowly as you want. Then 5 minutes’ detour to Bunski Kanali (the local Buna canals — quiet, green, free, missed by most large tours) and a 30-minute climb at Počitelj before heading back.

Pickup in Mostar at 10:00, drop-off by 16:00. Park entry €10 paid at the gate (not in our price). Park restaurant on site for lunch — a plate of grilled trout or salad costs around €10.

Group size capped at 8 — minivan, not bus. Year-round but optimal June–September for swimming.

What you'll experience

Pickup in Mostar

Hotel pickup in Mostar (any address in the centre, free). Air-conditioned vehicle, English-speaking driver. About 35 minutes' drive south to Kravica.

10:45

Arrive at Kravica Waterfall

Park entry on arrival (€10 paid at the gate, not included). Most tour groups arrive between 11:30 and 13:00 — we get there ahead of the rush so you have the swimming pool quiet for the first hour.

10:45 – 14:45

4 hours at the falls

No rush. Swim, photograph, walk the loop trail to the secondary cascades. Park restaurant on site for lunch — mains around €10, paid on site. The whole point of this tour: you set the pace.

15:00

Bunski Kanali — short stop

5-minute drive to the Buna river canals — the green local picnic spot most large tours skip. Quick walk + photo stop, ~20 minutes.

15:30

Počitelj — Ottoman hilltop village

30-minute climb to the medieval fortress with the Neretva valley view. Pomegranate juice from the village grandmothers in season (Sep–Oct).

16:00

Drop-off at your Mostar hotel

Back in Mostar by 16:00 — early enough to enjoy the Old Town in the evening.

Why 4 hours at the falls instead of the usual 1?

Because most travelers tell us the standard 60–90 minutes isn't enough. By the time you walk down, change, swim, dry off, and walk back — you're rushed. With 4 hours you actually get to enjoy it: long swim, picnic, walk the trail to the upper cascades, photograph at different angles. No rushing back to a bus.
