How do I modify or cancel a booking?
Reply directly to your booking confirmation email or WhatsApp us with your reference number. Free cancellation up to 24h before for tours, 24h for transfers.
I haven't received my confirmation email
Check your spam folder first. If still missing after 5 minutes, WhatsApp us with the email you booked under and we'll resend immediately.
Can I book by phone or do I have to use the website?
Both work. Call or WhatsApp us, give us the date, group size and tour, and we'll send you a payment link. Same price either way.
Do you offer custom or private group tours?
Yes — for groups of 6+ we'll build a custom itinerary based on your interests. Email or WhatsApp with what you're thinking and we'll come back with a quote within 24 hours.
