You’ll also get to see Blagaj, a charming town located at the entrance to a limestone canyon, Pocitelj, an ancient Ottoman town with stunning architecture, and Kravice Waterfalls, the star of the show.
BLAGAJ
Blagaj is a small town that’s only 15 km from Mostar and it sits at the source of the Buna River. The enchanting Blagaj Tekija, an Ottoman-era Dervish monastery, overlooks a clean blue river flowing through green hills into Blagaj village. It’s located in beautiful natural surroundings where you can take many great pictures!
POCITELJ
Pocitelj is a small village dating back to the 15th century, located on the left bank of River Neretva. Pocitelj’s old town is an architectural ensemble that has been declared a national monument in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It consists mostly of oriental-style buildings made from stone, with traditional Bosnian houses along narrow streets. This little gem will leave you speechless!
KRAVICE WATERFALLS
The Kravice Waterfalls are the main attraction of this tour. They are located on the Trebizat River, about 25 km from Mostar. Kravice Falls is one of the most beautiful and largest waterfalls in Bosnia and Herzegovina, measuring about 100 meters wide and 30 meters high. It’s a great place for swimming, sunbathing, picnicking, or just relaxing!

Kravice Waterfalls Tour from Mostar Itinerary
Meeting point/Tour start
We will inform you during the booking stage if we will organize a hotel pickup or we will meet you at an easily accessible location in the center of Mostar. For travelers that are joining the tour from other towns in Bosnia Herzegovina, we can arrange a private transfer.
Tour starts at 9 am and ends at around 6:30 pm.
Departing to Blagaj
Departing to Blagaj, we will make the first stop at the Blagaj Tekija, an Ottoman-era Dervish monastery, which overlooks a clean blue river flowing through green hills into Blagaj village.
When we arrive at Blagaj we will organize a 15 minutes orientation tour and then leave 30 free time to explore the old town, take pictures and buy souvenirs.
Departing to Pocitelj
After Blagaj we will depart to Pocitelj, a small village dating back to the 15th century, located on the left bank of River Neretva. Pocitelj’s old town is an architectural ensemble that has been declared a national monument in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It consists mostly of oriental-style buildings made from stone, with traditional Bosnian houses along narrow streets.
After an introductory speech about the history of Pocitelj by our guide, we recommend leaving 45 min for exploring this beautiful place!
Departing to Kravice Waterfalls
After Pocitelj, we will depart for Kravice Waterfalls. Kravice Falls is one of the most beautiful and largest waterfalls in Bosnia and Herzegovina, measuring about 100 meters wide and 30 meters high. It’s a great place for swimming, sunbathing, picnicking, or just relaxing! When we arrive at Kravice you will have around two hours of free time to swim in the Kravice Falls.
You can also enjoy refreshments from our local partners who are there with food/drinks available for purchase (not included).
Back to Mostar
When the Kravice Waterfalls tour is finished, we will head back to Mostar. Kravice Waterfalls Tour ends around 18:30 and drops you off at your hotel or a central location in the city center of Mostar.

What to bring
Please bring your swimsuit, towel, sun cream, and a hat! Please bring a bottle of water.
What to wear
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you can easily move around in. Kravice Falls is a natural area, so there are some stones and rocks, so please wear appropriate shoes.
Swimsuits and towels are not included in the Kravice Falls tour so make sure to bring your own if you want to take advantage of this opportunity!
Sunscreen is highly recommended as Kravice Falls gets very hot during the summer months (and it can be cold in winter too).
Don’t forget to bring a hat for extra protection from UV rays!
Change of clothes is also recommended as you will be wet after swimming in Kravice Falls.

The Kravice Falls tour lasts around 8 hours in total.
We will depart from Mostar at 09:00 and return at 17:30.
